We spent 11 fun filled days at Sleepy Hollow lake Resort in Akron, NY. One of our neighbors, Linda and Charles Shores recommended we look into a membership with Thousand Trails. So frugal Bill went on
Ebay and found a real deal on a resale for $400 plus a $1000 transfer fee. We will now have 50 free nights a year and only have to pay $5.00 a night for the remaining nights in any of their parks across the US. Linda and Charles also introduced us to some new cards games and we spent several afternoons enjoying their company. We did manage to get some exercise in and walked around the park an hour each evening. We managed to get some out of the park time in and went to the Fallsview casino one afternoon.
