We drove about 12 miles to the town of Greeneville, TN this afternoon to experience their Christmas Parade. It was interesting to witness how Small Town America celebrates this wonderful time of the year. The temperature hovered around the freezing point all afternoon. Some of the participants looked as if they would need some thawing out after the event was over. We too were extremely cold and decided to forego watching Santa bring up the end of the parade. Sponge Bob was about all we could take anyway!

We hurried back to the RV where the temperature began dropping rapidly. The time is approaching 9:30 pm right now, and it is 21 degrees outside. That's way too cold for us. We're ready to head South on Tuesday.
