and I received some bad news about our home in Cape Coral, FL and had to return home for four days. The builder of our home informed us that it had been built with Chinese dry wall which causes headaches and nausea in many people. It also has an adverse affect on metal, wiring, and plumbing fixtures. Our house needed to be totally gutted; torn down to the studs! We were very fortunate that our builder stood by us and picked up all expenses related to rebuilding our home; travel to and from Cape Coral, boarding our cat and storing our motor home as well as the lost rental income from our tenant. It should take about three months to rebuild our home and we are planning on returning the first week in June. We have booked a thirteen day cruise to Alaska on May 17th, 2010 and the timing for our return to Florida will work out just fine.

They treated us to a a wonderful lunch of fish and chips at one of the local waterfront restaurants. That evening we had a great time listening to a local entertainer with our friends, Stan and Jerry Malecki and Vinnie P. while we enjoyed a decadent dessert at a local restaurant.
